Information you provide

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project city, service choice, property type, preferred timing, and project description. We use this information to review your inquiry, respond, and discuss services you request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the project description.

How requests are delivered

Submitted requests are emailed to thelionsealer@gmail.com with a PDF containing the details you provide. This website does not maintain a customer inquiry database or an online inbox. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver requests and operate the site. Submitting a form does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter.

Security and spam prevention

The form uses validation, request limits, and spam controls. A short-lived hash derived from a visitor’s network address may be used to limit abuse; the website does not store raw network addresses in form records. The hosting provider may maintain separate operational logs.

Cookies and external resources

The public site does not add advertising trackers. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the information normally sent when a browser requests a resource. A necessary session cookie protects the estimate form and helps prevent duplicate submissions. The gallery and estimate form do not require marketing cookies.
